Pursuant to RSA 656:42 VIII the Office of the City Clerk of Manchester will be testing ballots for the November 3, 2026 State General Election and sealing all tabulator machines beginning Wednesday, October 28, 2026 starting at 9:00 a.m. in the Aldermanic Chambers, 3rd Floor of City Hall. The public is welcome to view the process.
