City Clerk’s Office Open Late Tuesdays Leading up to State General Election

Beginning Tuesday, October 6, 2026, the City Clerk's Office will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays to provide additional availability to anyone wishing to register to vote and/or request an absentee ballot leading up to the November 3, 2026 State General Election.

Between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. the City Clerk’s Office will be open for all regular business, including voter registration and absentee ballot requests. Between 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the office will be open for voter registration and absentee ballot purposes only.

Anyone wishing to register to vote is reminded that they must present proof of age, identity, domicile, and citizenship at the time of registration. More information about how to register to vote in Manchester and what documentation proves each qualification can be found here on our website.

Additionally, any voters needing to request an absentee ballot must present a qualified photo ID at the time of their request.

  • October 6, 2026, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • October 13, 2026, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • October 20, 2026, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • October 27, 2026, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Absentee Voting Only)
