The City of Manchester Community Improvement Program Staff will be conducting a public hearing on the HUD FY25/City FY26 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Reports (CAPER). The CAPER identifies and reports on all City projects financed through HUD appropriations with an assessment of the City’s performance in the fulfillment of these projects and programs. The HUD Programs include the Community Development Block Grant Program and the HOME Program.
