GMI Asphalt LLC, the Department of Public Works contractor , will begin paving work on Bremer Street, between Upland Street and Eddy Road, starting Monday, April 6, 2026, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
This roadway reconstruction project is expected to last approximately six (± 6) weeks.
Residents and motorists are kindly asked to plan accordingly, avoid the construction zone when possible, and use alternate routes. Detour routes will be clearly posted to help guide traffic during the construction period.
While every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, please be advised that there may be temporary delays and limited access to properties within the project area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
