Absentee ballots for the November 4, 2025 Municipal General Election are now available at the Office of the City Clerk.
As a reminder, any voter requesting an absentee ballot must now verify their identity by one of the following methods prescribed by RSA 657:17-c in order to receive a ballot:
- Include a copy of their qualifying photo ID with their absentee ballot application
- Personally present a qualifying photo ID to the City Clerk
- Include a notarized signature on the absentee ballot application
Absentee ballots may be requested by completing an Absentee Ballot Request Form and providing verification of your identity by one of the above methods in-person at the Office of the City Clerk, by mail at One City Hall Plaza, Manchester, NH 03101, by email at elections@manchesternh.gov, or fax at (603) 624-6481.
