URGENT FOOD RECALL ALERT

58 MILLION pounds of corn dogs and sausage-on-a-stick products recalled due to wood contamination

The Hillshire Brands Company has issued a Class 1 recall for corn dog and sausage products that may contain pieces of wood embedded in the batter.

Affected Brands:

  • Jimmy Dean (Pancakes & Sausage on a Stick, French Toast & Sausage on a Stick)
  • State Fair (Corn Dogs on a Stick)
  • Unbranded food service products

Production Dates: March 17 – September 26, 2025 Establishment Number: M582+P894

ACTION REQUIRED: ? Food service operators: Check your inventory immediately ? DO NOT serve these products ? Discard or return affected items ? Contact your distributor for refunds
