Microsurfacing Schedule of Work 8/21 - 8/27

Indus Inc., the contractor for the City of Manchester’s Department of Public Works (DPW), will be performing micro-surfacing at various locations throughout the city from August 21, 2025, through August 27, 2025.

Schedule of Work (Weather Permitting)

Day 1 (Thursday, August 21): Ashmere Dr., Garden Walk Dr., Morning Glory Dr., Primrose Dr., Rosecliff Ln., Stonington Dr., Wild Indigo Ln.

Day 2 (Friday, August 22): Ashmere Dr., Garden Walk Dr., Morning Glory Dr., Primrose Dr., Rosecliff Ln., Stonington Dr., Wild Indigo Ln. (second lift)

Day 3 (Monday, August 25): Comeau St., Demers St., Dove Ln., Elmhurst Ave., Healion St., Hulme St., Karine St., Morin St., Stanton St., Sugar Hill Ln., Whitford St.

Day 4 (Tuesday, August 26): Dove Ln., Elmhurst Ave., Healion St., Karine Ln., Precourt St., Stanton St., Sugar Hill Ln., Varney St.

Day 5 (Wednesday, August 27): Comeau St., Demers St., Morin St., Precourt St., Varney St., Whitford St.

Traffic Impacts

Most streets will be fully closed while both lanes are treated simultaneously.

On Varney Street, alternating one-way traffic will be maintained.

Emergency vehicles will always have access to all streets.

Resident Guidance

We ask residents to plan accordingly and avoid construction areas whenever possible. While every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, some delays and temporary restrictions on access should be expected.
