The City of Manchester is pleased to publish a request for proposals for the acquisition of the Hallsville School property, which is located at 275 Jewett Street, Manchester, New Hampshire. The property is comprised of three lots, totaling approximately 55,000 square feet, and includes an historic, three-story school building containing approximately 57,000 square feet. The request for proposals is intended to solicit offers to purchase the property. Proposals will be due by 3:00 p.m. on July 1, 2024. Please refer to the RFP for details.
