The Parks, Recreation, and Cemetery Division is excited to announce the launch of Manchester's Green Streets Program, a City partnership with residential property owners to expand Manchester's tree canopy. The City will offset 50% of the cost up to $800 per property. The City will not reimburse for trees planted outside this program and its process.
