Workout Warriors is a Fitness class that meets two times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 AM. This class starts with a warm-up and some range of motion and flexibility exercises. The class then moves into a strength building phase where the participants use hand held weights and ankle weights. The class then uses some resistance bands and tubing while enhancing muscular strength and endurance. The class will cool-down using some small balls and body weight exercises to promote muscular strength and endurance as well as greater flexibility. The class is limited in size so please call the senior center at 603-624-6533 or stop by the front desk to reserve your spot.
