In celebration for America's 250th birthday, young readers in grades 2-5 are invited to join Ms. Karyn & Ms. Kristy from the Millyard Museum every 3rd Tuesday of the month on a fun reading adventure through time. After discussing the books; there will be activities such as craft, games and artifacts to explore. Each month, there will be 3 different books available based on an historical event. This month, we will be exploring Pioneering and New Territories. The books for January are: Meet Kirsten (American Girl Collection Series: Kirsten #1); Magic Tree House #18 Buffalo Before Breakfast and Crossing the Panther's Path by Elizabeth Adler.
