Anyone Ages 5-Teen who wants to battle their Winter Reading Dragons & Friends, or to explore other dragon training activities and crafts can drop in at the Manchester City Library's Winchell Room any time between 3pm and 5pm. Participation in the Winter Reading Dragons & Friends program is not required for Dragon Training (except to participate in the card game-sign up for your starter set any time).
